You have come to the ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA). ACTPLA is now part of the Environment and Sustainable Development Directorate. The new Directorate unites ACTPLA with environmental policy and protection, sustainability policy, the Government architect, heritage, transport planning and nature conservation. A new Directorate website is under construction.

  • 08 May 2012 - Technical amendments to the Territory Plan
    Technical amendments 2012-15  (Phillip) and 2012-20 (Bonner) took effect 8 May 2012.
  • 02 May 2012 - Variation 307 (Brumbies) tabled
    Variation 307 to the Territory Plan has been tabled in the Legislative Assembly. The variation rezones the Brumbies Headquarters on Austin Street in Griffith from commercial CZ6 leisure and accommodation to RZ4 medium density residential. More
