Development applications pre March 31 2008
Information concerning development applications lodged before March 31 2008
A new planning system began on March 31, 2008. Transitional arrangements are in place for matters preceding this date.
These transitional arrangements include matters such as development applications lodged prior to March 31, 2008 or where a decision has not been made by ACTPLA prior to March 31, 2008.
Part 15.4 of the new legislation, the Planning and Development Act 2007, clarifies the transitional arrangements for matters including development applications and appeals.
As a result of the new planning system, only the following information remains available on this web site in relation to transitional matters:
- the previous Territory Plan;
- information on decisions, notification and referral and reconsiderations and appeals for development applications that were lodged before March 31, 2008;
- Community Value Statements; and
- the planning guidelines register.
All other information on this web site has been removed or updated.
