Architects Act Review
In the coming months ACTPLA will be reviewing the Architects Act 2004. A discussion paper on the review will be released for comment by mid-2010. The paper will be available on this website. Terms of reference for the review will include:
- consideration of the ongoing rationale for the Architects Act 2004
- complementary legislation in the construction industry
- costs and resources required to operate the ACT Architects Board.
