Lease Variation Estimator
From 1 July 2011 amendments to the Planning and Development Act 2007 have resulted in changes to the way change of use charge, now lease variation charge, are calculated and determined. A lease variation estimator tool has also been developed to provide you with an estimate of the charge payable. To access the estimator on your mobile phone, open the this page on your phone browser and click on mobile version of the estimator.
