Completed environmental impact statements
Section 209 of the Planning and Development Act describes when an EIS is complete. An EIS is complete when: either the Minister gives ACTPLA notice under section 226 of the Act; the Minister decides not to establish an inquiry panel to inquire into the EIS; or the Minister establishes an inquiry panel and the panel either reports the results of the inquiry or the time for reporting under the legislation expires.
