Community value statements
Community Value Statements
Community value statements were prepared by the former Local Area Planning and Advisory Committees (LAPACs) through consultation with residents and other stakeholders. They were submitted to the then Minister for Planning for consideration. The views expressed in the Statements are taken into account in the formulation of draft variations to the Territory Plan, master plans and planning guidelines and in consideration of specific land use and development proposals.
