Eligibility
The Mandatory Qualifications Schedule sets out the qualifications required different classess of licence. These include tertiary qualifications competency in the operation of at least one software package approved for the class of licence.

The Construction Occupations Registrar can refuse to grant a licence and may impose conditions on a licence at the time of licensing.
