Planning and Development Amendment Bill No. 2
Planning and Development Amendment Bill No. 2 will make a number of amendments to the Planning and Development Act 2007.
The amendment bill follows the introduction of Planning and Development Amendment Bill No 1, tabled in the Assembly on 27 August 2009, which made permanent a number of changes that had already been made via regulation.
Amendment Bill No 2 makes 45 separate amendments that are less urgent and have not been preceded by a regulation.

ACTPLA will be holding public information sessions for those interested. Sessions are planned for

The sessions will start at 4pm and will be held in the ground floor north conference room, Dame Pattie Menzies House, 16 Challis Street Dickson.
