Architectural services feedback
We value your feedback and would like to hear if you are happy with the service you have received from ACT registered architects or are concerned about their service and want to make a complaint.
Provide feedback
You can comment on services provided by architects by completing our feedback form.
What happens to your feedback
All feedback is noted and complaints that a registered or formerly registered architect has contravened the Architects Act 2004 will be reasonably investigated. This includes seeking comments from architects or their firm. Further action will not be taken if a complaint lacks substance, is frivolous, vexatious, not in good faith, or has been adequately dealt with. If the complaint is justified, the ACT Architects Board may issue the architect a disciplinary notice and advise the complainer of this.
