Consultation procedures
Downloading documents
Depending on your Internet connection and the size of the file selected, it may take some time before the file can be viewed. PDF files are viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Viewing documents
If you are having trouble downloading the documents, you can inspect copies of draft Variations at the Customer Service Centre at 16 Challis Street Dickson between 8:30am and 4:30pm weekdays.
Providing comments
Comments must arrive by the closing date indicated for each draft Variation. Comments can be emailed, delivered or posted to us, faxes are not accepted. Copies of all submissions will be made available for public inspection.
Submitting comments
Members of the public may make written comments on draft and proposed technical variations during the commenting period.
Comments should include reference to the draft or technical variation, a return postal address, and be addressed to :

Comments may be submitted in one of the following ways:
- Hand deliver to: The Authority’s Customer Service Centre, 16 Challis Street, Dickson or
- Post to: GPO Box 1908 CANBERRA ACT 2601or
- Email: terrplan@act.gov.au
Copies of all written comments received from the public will be made available for public inspection at the Authority’s Customer Service Centre, Dickson, during normal office hours for a period of not less than 15 working days after the closing date listed above.
